In a high-octane season opener, the Los Angeles Rams topped the Seattle Seahawks 50-30, showcasing their offensive prowess. The Rams aimed to establish dominance early in the 2027 season, and they did just that with a commanding performance on the road. Matthew Stafford was the star of the night, throwing for 381 yards and five touchdowns, leading the Rams' explosive offense. Bijan Robinson put up a strong fight for the Seahawks with 112 rushing yards, while Jaxon Smith-Njigba shined as a receiving threat, amassing 170 yards. Despite the Seahawks' efforts, Stafford’s precise passing proved insurmountable. Defensively, the Rams made key plays that shifted momentum in their favor. Kamren Kinchens led the charge with five tackles, while Kobie Turner was a force in the backfield, registering 2.5 sacks. Seattle's Terrion Arnold secured two interceptions, but the Rams' defense ultimately made crucial stops at pivotal moments, ensuring that their high-scoring offense could maintain control throughout the game.
