In a commanding performance, the Denver Broncos topped the Carolina Panthers 40-12 in Week 9 of the 2026 season. The victory not only enhances Denver's playoff hopes but also showcases their dominance this season as they continue to build momentum heading into the final stretch. Bo Nix was the standout performer for the Broncos, throwing for 311 yards and three touchdowns, leading an offense that was firing on all cylinders. J.K. Dobbins added a powerful ground game with 102 rushing yards, while Jaylen Waddle was a constant threat in the passing game, racking up 144 receiving yards. This offensive trio made it difficult for the Panthers to find any rhythm throughout the game. Defensively, the Broncos were equally impressive, with Nik Bonitto recording 1.5 sacks and Jahdae Barron snagging an interception to stifle any potential momentum from Carolina. The turning point came early in the second quarter when Bonitto's pressure led to a turnover, allowing Denver to capitalize and extend their lead. With such a balanced effort on both sides of the ball, the Broncos proved to be a formidable opponent on the road.
