The Cleveland Browns defeated the Cincinnati Bengals 38-24 in a Week 3 showdown of the 2027 season, solidifying their grip on the division early in the year. The win was crucial for the Browns as they look to establish dominance in the competitive AFC North. On the offensive side, Quinshon Judkins was the star for Cleveland, rushing for an impressive 155 yards and finding the end zone, while Joe Burrow of Cincinnati had a strong performance as well, throwing for 300 yards and four touchdowns. Despite the loss, Burrow's efforts kept the Bengals in the game, especially with Ja'Marr Chase contributing 101 receiving yards. Cleveland's defense played a pivotal role in the outcome, highlighted by Denzel Ward's two interceptions that turned the tide at critical moments. The Browns were able to capitalize on these turnovers, which ultimately allowed them to maintain control of the game and secure the victory. Cashius Howell also provided pressure with two sacks, but it was the turnovers that truly defined this matchup.
