In a high-octane affair, the New York Giants triumphed over the San Francisco 49ers with a resounding 72-41 victory in Week 13 of the 2026 season. With playoff positioning on the line, the Giants showcased their offensive firepower, solidifying their place as contenders in the league. Quarterback Jaxson Dart was the star of the show, throwing for an impressive 389 yards and four touchdowns. His connection with wide receiver Malik Nabers was electric, as Nabers racked up 203 receiving yards, making crucial plays that kept the Giants ahead. Running back Cam Skattebo also contributed significantly, rushing for 90 yards and providing a balanced attack that kept the 49ers' defense guessing. Defensively, the Giants made key plays that shifted momentum in their favor, particularly with two interceptions from Deonte Banks, which proved pivotal in halting the 49ers' progress. Although the 49ers' Nick Bosa managed to register a sack and Deommodore Lenoir led his team in tackles, the Giants' ability to capitalize on turnovers and maintain pressure ultimately sealed the game. The turning point came when Banks' second interception led to a quick touchdown, giving the Giants a commanding lead that the 49ers couldn't overcome.
