In a high-scoring showdown, the Chicago Bears topped the San Francisco 49ers 41-27 in Week 11 of the 2027 season, solidifying their standing in the playoff race. Both teams came into the game with momentum, but it was the Bears who ultimately seized the day, showcasing their offensive prowess. Brock Purdy was the standout performer for the 49ers, throwing for an impressive 313 yards and four touchdowns while also adding 41 rushing yards. Victor Snow contributed significantly as well, racking up 107 receiving yards, keeping the 49ers competitive throughout the contest. However, the Bears' offense proved too potent, consistently finding ways to score. Defensively, Jaylon Johnson led the Bears with five total tackles, helping to contain the 49ers' explosive plays. The turning point came when Dillon Thieneman intercepted Purdy in the second half, which shifted momentum back to the Bears and allowed them to extend their lead. Despite Nick Bosa's efforts on the defensive line with a sack, it wasn’t enough to overcome the Bears’ relentless attack.
