In a thrilling Week 2 matchup, the Cleveland Browns held off the Arizona Cardinals with a final score of 38-28. This victory not only boosts the Browns' confidence early in the season but also sets the stage for a competitive push in the AFC. Leading the charge for Cleveland was quarterback Taylen Green, who delivered a standout performance with 355 passing yards and four touchdown passes. His precision and poise in the pocket were instrumental in keeping the Browns ahead, while TreVeyon Henderson added a solid ground game with 70 rushing yards, complementing Green's aerial attack. Defensively, the Browns made crucial plays that shifted the momentum in their favor, highlighted by Kelley Jones' two interceptions that thwarted Arizona's offensive attempts. The Cardinals struggled to find their rhythm against a relentless Browns defense, which included key tackles from Dadrion Taylor-Demerson and pressure from Jordan Burch, who recorded two sacks. The combination of timely turnovers and defensive pressure proved pivotal, allowing Cleveland to secure the win.
