In a commanding performance, the Buffalo Bills topped the New England Patriots 37-18 in Week 13 of the 2026 season. With playoff implications on the line, the Bills showcased their offensive prowess and solidified their standing in the AFC playoff race. Josh Allen led the charge for Buffalo, throwing for 274 yards and three touchdowns, effectively orchestrating the offense throughout the game. Khalil Shakir emerged as his favorite target, racking up 86 receiving yards, while the Bills' balanced attack kept the Patriots' defense on its heels. Despite Quinshon Judkins' strong rushing effort for New England, the Bills' offensive firepower proved too much to handle. On the defensive side, the Bills made key plays to stifle New England's momentum, highlighted by Cole Bishop's interception that shifted the game's momentum in Buffalo's favor. Gabe Jacas of the Patriots put forth a valiant effort with 1.5 sacks, yet it was Buffalo's cohesive defensive scheme that ultimately dictated the game's flow. The Bills' ability to capitalize on turnovers and limit big plays from the Patriots was crucial in their decisive victory.
