The Philadelphia Eagles secured a convincing 24-10 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 5 of the 2026 season. With this win, the Eagles solidified their position in the playoff race, while the Jaguars struggled to find their footing against a formidable opponent. Offensively, Saquon Barkley was the standout for Philadelphia, racking up 113 rushing yards and adding 69 receiving yards to his impressive performance. Trevor Lawrence of the Jaguars threw for 173 yards and managed to connect for one touchdown, but it wasn't enough to keep pace with the Eagles' balanced attack. Defensively, the Eagles' unit was crucial to their success, with Harrison Smith grabbing two interceptions that stymied Jacksonville's momentum. Maxx Crosby was a force for the Jaguars, recording three sacks, but the Eagles' defense effectively capitalized on key moments, particularly when Smith's second interception set up a pivotal touchdown drive. The turning point came in the second half when the Eagles' defense forced a turnover, allowing them to extend their lead and ultimately clinch the win.
