In a tightly contested matchup, the Denver Broncos narrowly defeated the Los Angeles Rams, 12-7, in Week 3 of the 2026 season. With both teams looking to establish momentum early in the year, this game proved critical for Denver as they continue to find their rhythm. Bo Nix led the Broncos' offense with a solid performance, throwing for a touchdown that ultimately proved to be the difference-maker. Meanwhile, Matthew Stafford paced the Rams with 190 passing yards, but was unable to find the end zone. On the ground, Kyren Williams contributed a strong effort for Los Angeles, racking up 78 rushing yards, while Jaylen Waddle emerged as a standout for Denver with 115 receiving yards. Defensively, the Broncos were impressive, with Talanoa Hufanga leading the charge with eight total tackles. Jonathon Cooper added pressure on Stafford with a key sack, which helped stifle the Rams' offensive momentum. The turning point came late in the fourth quarter when Eric Stokes intercepted a pass, denying Los Angeles a chance to reclaim the lead and securing the victory for Denver.
