In a thrilling Week 18 matchup, the Baltimore Ravens held off the Pittsburgh Steelers with a final score of 27-25, solidifying their playoff position in the 2026 season. Both teams came into the game with high stakes, and the Ravens needed this win to maintain their momentum heading into the postseason. Lamar Jackson led the Ravens offensively, throwing for 181 yards and a touchdown while also orchestrating key drives that kept the Steelers' defense on its heels. Derrick Henry added a solid ground game with 71 rushing yards, providing the Ravens with the balance they needed to complement Jackson's passing attack. On the other side, DK Metcalf emerged as a standout for the Steelers, racking up 77 receiving yards and keeping the pressure on the Ravens' secondary throughout the contest. Defensively, Trey Hendrickson made a significant impact with two sacks, disrupting the Steelers' offensive rhythm at crucial moments. The Ravens' defense also recorded an interception from Starling Thomas V, which proved pivotal in stalling a potential game-winning drive for Pittsburgh. The turning point came late in the fourth quarter when the Ravens' defense held firm, allowing just a field goal instead of a touchdown, ultimately sealing their victory and playoff berth.
