The Philadelphia Eagles dominated the Houston Texans with a commanding 34-0 victory, solidifying their position as a playoff contender in Week 16 of the 2026 season. This win not only boosts the Eagles' confidence but also leaves the Texans reeling as they struggle to find momentum late in the year. Jalen Hurts led the charge for Philadelphia, throwing for 183 yards and two touchdowns, showcasing precise passing and excellent decision-making throughout the game. Eli Stowers was his favorite target, racking up 75 receiving yards and contributing significantly to the Eagles' offensive onslaught. Meanwhile, the Texans' David Montgomery managed to muster only 48 rushing yards, falling well short of establishing any ground game. Defensively, the Eagles were relentless, with Quinyon Mitchell making a significant impact by recording three interceptions, effectively stifling any chance for a Texans comeback. Jalen Carter added to the pressure with two sacks, consistently disrupting Houston's offensive flow. The game's turning point came in the second quarter when Mitchell's interceptions shifted momentum entirely in favor of Philadelphia, leading to a series of unanswered points that sealed the Texans' fate.
