In a tightly contested matchup, the Los Angeles Rams narrowly defeated the New Orleans Saints 27-21 in Week 12 of the 2027 season. With playoff implications on the line, both teams came out firing, but it was the Rams who ultimately secured the victory at home. Quarterback Matthew Stafford led the charge for Los Angeles, throwing for 235 yards and a touchdown while managing the game effectively. Puka Nacua was Stafford's go-to target, racking up 109 receiving yards, making key catches that kept drives alive. On the ground, Alvin Kamara was a bright spot for New Orleans, rushing for 82 yards, but it wasn’t enough to clinch the win. Defensively, the Rams made crucial plays that shifted momentum in their favor. Nate Landman's interception provided a pivotal stop, halting a potential scoring drive from the Saints. The Rams capitalized on that turnover, allowing them to build a lead that the Saints could not overcome, despite Kaden Elliss's impressive nine tackles for New Orleans.
