In a decisive matchup, the Buffalo Bills topped the New York Jets 28-7, solidifying their place in the AFC standings during Week 4 of the 2029 season. The Bills' victory keeps them in contention for a playoff spot, while the Jets struggle to find their rhythm early in the year. Quarterback Josh Allen led the offensive charge for Buffalo, throwing for 209 yards and a touchdown, while Khalil Shakir emerged as his top target with 70 receiving yards. The ground game was also productive, contributing to the Bills' well-rounded offensive performance and keeping the Jets' defense on their heels throughout the contest. Defensively, T.J. Parker was a standout for Buffalo, recording two sacks that disrupted the Jets' offensive flow. The game's turning point came in the second quarter when a critical turnover allowed the Bills to extend their lead, putting the Jets in a deep hole they couldn't escape. With Minkah Fitzpatrick leading the charge for the Jets with seven tackles, it wasn't enough to counter the Bills' potent offense.
