X-FactorReinforcement
The game's top defenders excel in all situations. When they enter the zone, this ability increases their chance of defeating run blocks, and disrupting catches via tackles.
GoldInside Shade
OVR 75+Defenders with this ability have a greatly increased chance to react much faster to receiver cut moves when in man coverage and inside the numbers. Upgrades with MCV and PRC.
GoldMid Zone KO
OVR 80+Defenders with this ability have a greatly improved chance to force catch knockouts, a longer knockout window, and react quicker in any mid-field zone coverage, less than 20 yards from the LoS inside the numbers and 10-20 outside. Upgrades with ZCV, PRC, and AWR.
GoldLurker
OVR 85+Defenders with this ability can make spectacular interceptions while lurking in zones, and are more likely to attempt and succeed at diving swats/catches. They also have an improved catch chance on tipped passes, better ball security on interceptions, and unlimited stamina on the return (until using a special move or breaking a tackle). Upgrades with COD, ZCV, and SPD.
GoldDeep Zone KO
OVR 95+Defenders with this ability have a greatly improved chance to force catch knockouts, a longer knockout window, and react quicker in deep zone coverage, 20+ yards from the LoS. Upgrades with ZCV, AWR, and PRC.
