In a high-octane showdown, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers topped the Detroit Lions by a score of 71-47 in Week 11 of the 2026 season. Both teams entered the game with playoff aspirations, but it was the Buccaneers who emerged victorious, solidifying their position in the playoff race. Baker Mayfield delivered a standout performance, tossing six touchdown passes and leading a potent Buccaneers offense that racked up points at will. Meanwhile, Jared Goff of the Lions also showcased his abilities, throwing for an impressive 623 yards, but ultimately fell short in the scoring department. Amon-Ra St. Brown was a bright spot for Detroit, amassing 265 receiving yards, while Isiah Pacheco contributed 54 rushing yards. Defensively, Tampa Bay's Jacob Parrish led the way with six tackles, helping to limit Detroit's offensive momentum at critical moments. The Buccaneers' defense was instrumental in the game's turning point, with Rueben Bain Jr. notching two sacks and Miles Killebrew snagging an interception, both of which played a crucial role in shifting momentum back to Tampa Bay. As the game progressed, the Buccaneers' ability to capitalize on defensive stops ultimately sealed the win.
