In a tightly contested matchup, the Indianapolis Colts topped the Washington Commanders 24-18, securing their place in the early-season playoff picture. With both teams looking to solidify their standing in Week 4, the stakes were high, and the Colts rose to the occasion. Indianapolis quarterback Daniel Jones led the charge, throwing for 244 yards and two touchdowns, showcasing his ability to connect with his top target, Keenan Allen, who racked up 108 receiving yards. The Colts' offense was efficient throughout the game, capitalizing on crucial plays to build their lead and maintain pressure on the Commanders' defense. Defensively, the Colts made key contributions, highlighted by JT Tuimoloau's 1.5 sacks and Charvarius Ward Sr’s interception, which turned the momentum in the Colts' favor.
