In a decisive Week 3 matchup, the Arizona Cardinals topped the Atlanta Falcons with a final score of 28-10, solidifying their position early in the 2027 season. The win was critical for the Cardinals as they aimed to build momentum and establish themselves as serious contenders in the league. Arizona’s offense was powered by quarterback Carson Beck, who threw for 214 yards and two touchdowns, showcasing impressive precision and poise. Jeremiyah Love also made a significant impact on the ground, racking up 114 rushing yards, while Marvin Harrison Jr. led the receiving corps with 82 yards, consistently moving the chains and creating scoring opportunities. Defensively, the Falcons struggled to contain the Cardinals' offensive firepower, and the turning point came in the second quarter when Arizona scored back-to-back touchdowns to pull away from Atlanta. Despite standout performances from Xavier Watts, who led the Falcons with nine tackles, and James Pearce Jr., who recorded a sack, the Falcons could not mount a comeback against a determined Cardinals squad that capitalized on their mistakes.
