In a commanding performance, the Chicago Bears toppled the New York Jets 42-14 in Week 4 of the 2026 season. The Bears entered the game looking to solidify their dominance in the league, and they did just that with a resounding victory that showcased their offensive firepower and defensive prowess. Leading the aerial assault for the Jets was Cade Klubnik, who threw for an impressive 390 yards and two touchdowns. However, it was Dylan Sampson who shined for the Bears, racking up 146 rushing yards and finding the end zone as Chicago's ground game proved too much for New York's defense. Adonai Mitchell also had a standout performance for the Jets, recording 161 receiving yards, but it wasn't enough to keep pace with the Bears' offensive onslaught. Defensively, the Bears were relentless, with Neville Gallimore leading the charge with 2.5 sacks and Tyrique Stevenson making a game-changing impact with two interceptions. The turning point came early in the second half when Stevenson picked off a pass and set up another scoring drive, effectively putting the game out of reach for the Jets. Chicago's defense consistently capitalized on opportunities, ensuring that their offense had the support it needed to secure the win.
