In a commanding performance, the Green Bay Packers topped the New York Jets 63-34 in Week 2 of the 2026 season. With both teams looking to assert themselves early in the campaign, the Packers showcased their offensive firepower, leaving the Jets to regroup after a tough defeat. Jordan Love was the star of the day, throwing for an impressive 474 yards and a staggering nine touchdowns, establishing himself as a key player to watch this season. Christian Watson was his favorite target, racking up 197 receiving yards and contributing significantly to the Packers' offensive onslaught. Despite a lack of a strong rushing game, Cade Klubnik led the Jets with just eight rushing yards. Defensively, the Packers made their presence felt, with Isaiah McDuffie securing an interception that halted a potential Jets comeback. Brandon Cisse anchored the defense with three total tackles, helping to contain the Jets’ offense. The turning point came midway through the third quarter when Love threw back-to-back touchdowns, widening the gap and sealing the fate of the Jets.
