The San Francisco 49ers secured a decisive 31-7 victory over the Washington Commanders in Week 6 of the 2026 season, solidifying their position in the playoff race. With this win, the 49ers showcased their dominance, proving they are a formidable force in the league. Joe Flacco led the charge for San Francisco, completing 108 passing yards and tossing one touchdown, but it was Derrick Henry who truly stole the show. Henry rushed for an impressive 120 yards while also contributing significantly in the receiving game with 91 yards, making him a dual threat that Washington struggled to contain. Defensively, the 49ers were relentless, with Tyson Campbell standing out by recording four tackles and snagging an interception, which shifted the momentum firmly in San Francisco's favor. The game's turning point came in the second quarter when Campbell's interception set up a crucial touchdown, allowing the 49ers to pull away and maintain control throughout the contest.
