The Denver Broncos topped the Minnesota Vikings 38-17 in a decisive Week 2 clash of the 2027 season, showcasing their offensive prowess and solidifying their early-season momentum. With this victory, the Broncos not only improved their record but also sent a message to the rest of the league about their potential as serious contenders. Bo Nix was the standout star for Denver, throwing for 292 yards and two touchdowns, guiding his team effectively through the air. RJ Harvey contributed significantly on the ground, racking up 84 rushing yards, while the receiving corps kept the chains moving. Despite the Vikings' efforts, including Davante Adams' impressive 107 receiving yards, the Broncos' offensive rhythm proved too much to handle. Defensively, the Broncos were bolstered by Ja'Quan McMillian's interception, which shifted the momentum late in the first half. Although the Vikings' Dallas Turner made his mark with three sacks, it was the Broncos' ability to limit big plays and capitalize on turnovers that ultimately defined the game. With this solid performance, Denver's defense held firm, allowing their offense to thrive and secure the win comfortably.
