In a commanding performance, the Las Vegas Raiders topped the Minnesota Vikings 34-11 in Week 3 of the 2027 season. The Raiders entered this matchup looking to solidify their early-season momentum, and they did just that, showcasing a balanced offensive attack while stifling their opponents. Quarterback Fernando Mendoza led the charge for the Raiders, throwing for 283 yards and three touchdowns, effectively orchestrating the offense throughout the game. Tre Tucker emerged as his favorite target, racking up 101 receiving yards, while Ashton Jeanty added to the ground game with 71 rushing yards, contributing to a well-rounded offensive display that kept the Vikings on their heels. Defensively, the Raiders were equally impressive, with Kwity Paye leading the charge with 1.5 sacks, applying consistent pressure on the Vikings' quarterback. The turning point came early in the second quarter when Mendoza connected with Tucker for a touchdown, pushing the lead to 14-3 and forcing the Vikings to play catch-up for the remainder of the game. While the Vikings' Jakobe Thomas stood out with nine total tackles, it was the Raiders' ability to disrupt their offensive rhythm that ultimately sealed the victory.
