In a closely contested matchup, the Baltimore Ravens topped the Atlanta Falcons 24-17, securing a crucial victory in Week 5 of the 2026 season. With both teams vying for playoff positioning, this win for the Ravens keeps them in the hunt for a strong postseason run while the Falcons will need to regroup after a hard-fought battle. Lamar Jackson led the Ravens offensively with a solid performance, throwing for 170 yards. However, it was Michael Penix Jr. who made an impact for Atlanta with two touchdown passes. Bijan Robinson’s impressive 105 rushing yards and Drake London’s 104 receiving yards showcased the Falcons' offensive prowess, but it ultimately fell short against Baltimore's balanced attack. Defensively, Trenton Simpson shined for the Ravens with two sacks, applying consistent pressure on the Falcons’ quarterback. The turning point came late in the fourth quarter when the Ravens' defense forced a critical turnover, allowing Baltimore to maintain their lead and run out the clock. Divine Deablo's nine tackles for Atlanta kept the game competitive, but it wasn't enough to overcome the Ravens' late-game resilience.
