In a commanding performance, the Seattle Seahawks topped the Arizona Cardinals 35-16 in Week 2 of the 2027 season. The victory solidifies the Seahawks' strong start to the season, showcasing their offensive prowess against a division rival. Jalen Milroe led the charge for Seattle, throwing for 201 yards and contributing to the team's success through the air. Alvin Kamara was a force on the ground, rushing for 100 yards, while Seattle's balanced offense kept the Cardinals' defense guessing all game long. Despite the loss, Trinidad Chambliss shone for Arizona with two touchdown passes, demonstrating his ability to find the end zone. Defensively, the Seahawks made an impact with Marshon Lattimore leading the way with ten total tackles and Ernest Jones IV adding 1.5 sacks to disrupt Arizona's rhythm. The turning point came in the second half when Seattle's defense stifled a potential scoring drive, allowing the Seahawks to extend their lead and ultimately secure the win. Max Melton's interception for the Cardinals provided a glimmer of hope, but it wasn’t enough to shift the momentum back in their favor.
