In a thrilling Week 16 matchup, the Cincinnati Bengals held off the Denver Broncos to secure a 31-23 victory, keeping their playoff hopes alive. With both teams vying for critical positioning as the season nears its end, this win was crucial for the Bengals as they push for postseason contention. Cincinnati's Joe Burrow was the standout performer, throwing for 317 yards and two touchdowns, showcasing his ability to drive the offense effectively. Tee Higgins emerged as his favorite target, racking up 116 receiving yards, while Chase Brown contributed a solid ground game with 65 rushing yards, helping the Bengals maintain control throughout the contest. Defensively, the Bengals were able to withstand Denver's late-game surge, while the Broncos struggled to contain Burrow's passing attack. The turning point came in the fourth quarter when the Bengals capitalized on a critical turnover, allowing them to extend their lead and ultimately seal the game. Despite an impressive defensive effort from Alex Singleton, who logged nine tackles for Denver, it wasn't enough to overcome Cincinnati's offensive firepower.
