The Indianapolis Colts secured a decisive 38-20 victory over the Minnesota Vikings in Week 7 of the 2026 season. With this win, the Colts enhance their playoff positioning, showcasing their offensive prowess against a struggling Vikings squad. Daniel Jones was the standout performer for Indianapolis, throwing for 383 yards and three touchdowns, effectively leading the Colts' offense. He connected frequently with Josh Downs, who racked up an impressive 171 receiving yards, providing a constant threat downfield. Trey Benson also contributed significantly with 77 rushing yards, helping to maintain a balanced attack. Defensively, the Colts managed to contain the Vikings, forcing key turnovers and applying pressure throughout the game. Despite the efforts of Minnesota’s Isaiah Rodgers Sr, who tallied eight tackles, and Dallas Turner, who recorded a sack, the Vikings struggled to create momentum.
