In a thrilling Week 3 showdown, the San Francisco 49ers narrowly defeated the Cleveland Browns, clinching a 35-28 victory. The stakes were high as both teams sought to establish dominance early in the season, but the 49ers emerged victorious in a contest marked by offensive fireworks and defensive standouts. Leading the charge for San Francisco was quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson, who threw for an impressive 311 yards and four touchdowns, showcasing his ability to connect with his receivers. On the ground, Quinshon Judkins of the Browns had a stellar performance, racking up 152 rushing yards, but it was De'Zhaun Stribling's 99 receiving yards that helped keep the 49ers' offense in rhythm throughout the game. Defensively, the 49ers were able to limit scoring opportunities, with Marques Sigle contributing four tackles to the effort. The game's turning point came when the 49ers capitalized on a critical turnover late in the fourth quarter, allowing them to maintain their lead and ultimately secure the win. Despite Jared Verse's three sacks for the Browns and Grant Delpit's interception, it was San Francisco's resilience on both sides of the ball that sealed their hard-fought victory.
