In a decisive Week 4 matchup, the Kansas City Chiefs topped the Las Vegas Raiders with a final score of 34-12, solidifying their position as a formidable contender in the 2026 season. The Chiefs came into this game looking to maintain momentum, and they delivered a commanding performance that showcased their offensive prowess and defensive strength. Offensively, Kansas City was led by an impressive outing from running back Kenneth Walker, who racked up 217 rushing yards, consistently breaking through the Raiders' defense. Quarterback Patrick Mahomes contributed with a touchdown pass, while the Raiders’ Fernando Mendoza struggled to find his rhythm, finishing the game with just 142 passing yards. Dont'e Thornton Jr. emerged as a bright spot for Las Vegas, recording 104 receiving yards, but it wasn't enough to keep pace with the Chiefs' explosive attack. Defensively, the Chiefs were relentless, with R Mason Thomas recording two sacks and Cooper McDonald coming up with two critical interceptions that swung momentum firmly in Kansas City's favor. Alohi Gilman led the team with three total tackles, helping to stifle the Raiders' offensive efforts. The turning point came in the second quarter when McDonald’s first interception set up a touchdown drive that extended the Chiefs' lead, leaving the Raiders struggling to recover.
