The Seattle Seahawks topped the Washington Commanders 23-13 in a Week 3 showdown of the 2026 season. With both teams looking for a critical early-season victory, the Seahawks emerged victorious, showcasing their offensive prowess and defensive grit. Jalen Milroe led the charge for Seattle with two touchdown passes, effectively distributing the ball to his playmakers. Tory Horton was a standout in the receiving game, racking up 106 receiving yards, while Jadarian Price added a solid ground game with 90 rushing yards, providing a balanced attack that kept the Commanders' defense on their heels. Defensively, the Seahawks were anchored by Terrion Arnold, who recorded seven total tackles, helping to stymie Washington's offensive efforts. The game's turning point came in the fourth quarter when Seattle's defense tightened, forcing crucial stops that allowed the Seahawks to maintain their lead and secure the win. Despite a strong performance from Jayden Daniels, who threw for 253 yards, the Commanders could not capitalize on key opportunities, ultimately falling short.
