In a dominant display, the Denver Broncos crushed the Arizona Cardinals with a final score of 44-0, solidifying their position in the playoff race during Week 7 of the 2026 season. This commanding victory not only boosts Denver's confidence but also raises questions about Arizona's struggle this season. Bo Nix led the charge for the Broncos, throwing for 359 yards and three touchdowns, showcasing his arm strength and accuracy throughout the game. Jonah Coleman contributed significantly on the ground with 84 rushing yards, while Courtland Sutton was a standout in the receiving corps, racking up 117 yards and a touchdown. The offensive line also played a crucial role, providing Nix with the protection he needed to execute the game plan effectively. On the defensive side, the Broncos were relentless, with Nik Bonitto recording 1.5 sacks and Jahdae Barron snagging an interception, both pivotal in stifling any potential offensive momentum from the Cardinals. The turning point came early in the second quarter when Barron's interception set up a quick touchdown for the Broncos, shifting the game's trajectory and leaving the Cardinals unable to recover. Overall, the Broncos' defense proved to be just as formidable as their offense, contributing to the shutout victory.
