The New York Jets topped the Miami Dolphins with a final score of 28-14 in Week 7 of the 2026 season. With both teams vying for playoff positioning, the Jets emerged victorious, solidifying their standing in the competitive AFC East. Cade Klubnik led the Jets with a steady performance, throwing for 161 yards, while Breece Hall showcased his explosive running ability, racking up 104 rushing yards. Adonai Mitchell was a key target for Klubnik, finishing the game with 72 receiving yards, providing crucial first downs at critical moments. Malik Willis of the Dolphins kept things competitive with two touchdown passes, but it wasn't enough to overcome the Jets' offensive momentum. Defensively, the Jets made a significant impact, highlighted by Demario Davis, who recorded a game-high eight tackles. The real turning point came when Brandon Stephens intercepted two passes, effectively stifling any momentum the Dolphins tried to build. David Bailey added to the pressure with 1.5 sacks, making it difficult for Miami to find rhythm and ultimately sealing the Jets' decisive win.
