In a thrilling showdown in Week 4 of the 2026 season, the New York Jets outlasted the Chicago Bears with a final score of 45-35, solidifying their position in the playoff race. Both teams entered the game looking to gain momentum, but it was the Jets who ultimately came out on top in this high-scoring affair. Cade Klubnik was the star of the game for New York, throwing an impressive six touchdown passes while accumulating 287 yards through the air. Breece Hall complemented the passing attack with a powerful performance on the ground, racking up 130 rushing yards, while Garrett Wilson emerged as Klubnik's favorite target, finishing with 136 receiving yards. On the defensive side, the Bears struggled to contain the Jets' explosive offense, but Tyrique Stevenson Sr. stood out with a sack and an interception, showcasing his playmaking ability. Despite Stevenon's efforts, the Jets' relentless scoring proved too much to overcome, and the game's turning point came late in the second quarter when Klubnik connected with Wilson for a touchdown that extended their lead to 21-14.
