In a dominant performance, the Minnesota Vikings blanked the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 24-0 in Week 3 of the 2026 season. With this victory, the Vikings solidify their position in the league, showcasing their offensive and defensive prowess against a struggling Buccaneers squad. Quarterback Kyler Murray led the charge for Minnesota, throwing for 303 yards and three touchdowns, while wide receiver Myles Price shone with 139 receiving yards. The Vikings' offense was efficient and relentless, effectively putting the game out of reach for Tampa Bay early on. Defensively, the Vikings were relentless, with James Pierre making a significant impact by grabbing two interceptions, which thwarted any hopes of a Buccaneers comeback. Dallas Turner added to the pressure with a sack, while the Vikings' defense held Tampa Bay’s rushing attack to a mere 18 yards, effectively sealing the game. The turning point came in the second quarter when Pierre's first interception led to a touchdown, shifting the momentum firmly in Minnesota's favor.
