In a commanding performance, the Chicago Bears topped the New England Patriots 43-21 in Week 7 of the 2026 season, solidifying their position in the playoff race. The Bears showcased their offensive prowess, looking to maintain momentum as they aim for a strong finish to the season. Caleb Williams led the charge for Chicago with a stellar outing, throwing for 271 yards and three touchdowns. D'Andre Swift complemented the passing attack with a solid 96 rushing yards, while Rome Odunze emerged as a favorite target, racking up 112 receiving yards. This offensive trio proved too much for the Patriots to handle, propelling Chicago to a decisive victory. On the defensive side, Tyrique Stevenson Sr made a significant impact with two interceptions, helping to stifle any hopes of a Patriots comeback. Despite the Bears' offensive fireworks, the turning point came in the second quarter when Stevenson’s first pick set up a quick touchdown, shifting momentum firmly in Chicago's favor. Although the Patriots' Gabe Jacas recorded 2.5 sacks, it was not enough to contain the Bears' explosive offense.
