In an electrifying season opener, the Indianapolis Colts outlasted the Baltimore Ravens with a final score of 42-28, marking a strong start to the 2026 season. The Colts showcased their offensive prowess, determined to establish dominance early on. Lamar Jackson was the standout performer for the Ravens, throwing for an impressive 345 yards and four touchdowns while also leading the team in rushing with 63 yards. Despite Jackson's remarkable individual performance, including a highlight-reel connection with Danny Gray, who racked up 213 receiving yards, the Ravens struggled to keep pace with the Colts' relentless offense. Defensively, the Colts made crucial plays that shifted the momentum of the game. A.J. Haulcy's interception proved pivotal, halting a potential Ravens drive and allowing Indianapolis to capitalize. JT Tuimoloau added pressure with a sack, disrupting Baltimore's rhythm and contributing to a defensive effort that ultimately helped secure the victory.
