The Kansas City Chiefs topped the Atlanta Falcons 30-15 in a decisive Week 10 showdown, solidifying their playoff aspirations. With this victory, the Chiefs improved their season record, while the Falcons faced a setback in their quest for postseason contention. Patrick Mahomes led the charge for Kansas City, throwing for 240 yards and showcasing his trademark precision. Kenneth Walker added a solid ground game with 57 rushing yards, while Xavier Worthy emerged as a top target, racking up 92 receiving yards. Joe Milton managed only one touchdown for Atlanta, highlighting the struggle of the Falcons' offense against the Chiefs' defense. Defensively, George Karlaftis was a standout for Kansas City, recording 1.5 sacks and applying constant pressure on Milton. The turning point came in the second half when Karlaftis's disruptive play led to a key turnover, allowing the Chiefs to extend their lead. Although Atlanta's Jessie Bates III intercepted a pass, it wasn't enough to shift the momentum back in their favor, as the Chiefs maintained control until the final whistle.
