The Bozeman Mustangs dominated the Union Raiders, securing a commanding 70-19 victory in Week 9 of the 2026 season. This decisive win was crucial for the Mustangs, as they aimed to solidify their playoff positioning with just a few weeks remaining in the regular season. Lamar Jackson was the standout performer for Bozeman, throwing for an impressive 427 yards and four touchdowns, showcasing his elite playmaking ability. Zay Flowers was his favorite target, racking up 188 receiving yards, which significantly contributed to the Mustangs’ offensive onslaught. Kenneth Walker led the Raiders' efforts on the ground with 95 rushing yards, but his performance was overshadowed by the Mustangs' explosive attack. Defensively, Bozeman's Nick Herbig wreaked havoc on the Raiders' offensive line, registering 2.5 sacks, while Kamari Lassiter added a crucial interception that halted any momentum the Raiders hoped to build. The turning point of the game came early in the second quarter when the Mustangs scored back-to-back touchdowns, expanding their lead to an insurmountable margin. The Raiders struggled to recover from the momentum swing, ultimately falling to a relentless Bozeman squad.
