In a commanding performance, the Fargo Hollowmen topped the Charleston Egrets 31-13 in Week 5 of the 2026 season. With this victory, Fargo solidifies its position in the playoff race and showcases its offensive firepower against a struggling Egrets squad. Leading the charge for the Hollowmen was quarterback Taylen Green, who threw for 265 yards and four touchdowns while also adding 85 rushing yards to his impressive stat line. Green's connection with wideout Devaughn Vele, who recorded 88 receiving yards, proved crucial as they consistently moved the chains and found the end zone. This dynamic offensive display kept Charleston on the back foot throughout the game. Defensively, the Hollowmen were relentless, with Antoine Winfield Jr. leading the charge with eight total tackles. While the Egrets managed to apply some pressure through Yaya Diaby's 1.5 sacks, they struggled to contain Green's dual-threat capabilities. The turning point came in the second quarter when Green threw two quick touchdown passes, effectively putting the game out of reach for Charleston.
