In a thrilling Week 5 matchup, the Miami Flamingos narrowly defeated the Dallas Desperados with a final score of 27-24, keeping their playoff hopes alive in the 2026 season. Both teams battled fiercely, but it was Miami's ability to execute in the clutch that ultimately made the difference. Joe Milton shone for the Flamingos, throwing for 297 yards and leading his team with precision down the field. Rico Dowdle complemented the aerial attack with a powerful ground game, racking up 126 rushing yards. Meanwhile, Jaxson Dart put up a valiant effort for Dallas, tossing two touchdown passes and keeping his team competitive throughout the contest. Defensively, T.J. Watt of the Desperados was a standout, tallying nine total tackles and contributing half a sack.
