In a decisive Week 12 matchup, the Savannah Pirates topped the Minnesota Bliazzard 30-3, solidifying their place in the playoff race. With both teams vying for postseason positioning, the Pirates delivered a commanding performance that left little doubt about their intentions for the remainder of the season. Bo Nix led the charge for Savannah with an efficient passing display, racking up 193 yards and throwing for one touchdown. He connected frequently with Ricky Pearsall, who emerged as a standout receiver with 111 yards to his name, making critical catches that kept the chains moving. Meanwhile, Minnesota's Mike Washington Jr. paced the rushing attack with 61 yards, but the Bliazzard struggled to find their rhythm offensively. Defensively, the Pirates were relentless, highlighted by Sauce Gardner's pivotal interception that halted a potential scoring drive for Minnesota. The Bliazzard's struggles were further compounded by a lack of offensive support, as Drue Tranquill's seven tackles, while commendable, could not shift the momentum in their favor. The turning point came early in the second half, when Gardner's interception swung the tide firmly in Savannah's favor, allowing them to pull away and secure the victory.
