In a decisive Week 9 matchup, the Jacksonville Jaguars dominated the Baltimore Ravens, winning 31-7. With playoff implications on the line, the Jaguars showcased their strength and resilience, solidifying their position in the standings. Trevor Lawrence was the standout performer for Jacksonville, throwing for 259 yards and three touchdowns, effectively leading the offense. His connection with Brian Thomas Jr. was particularly noteworthy, as Thomas racked up 129 receiving yards, making several critical catches that extended drives. The ground game was less pronounced, with Bhayshul Tuten contributing 37 rushing yards, but the Jaguars' passing attack was more than enough to power them to victory. Defensively, the Jaguars made a significant impact, highlighted by Travon Walker's 2.5 sacks, which consistently pressured Ravens quarterback play. Caleb Ransaw also contributed with an interception, showcasing Jacksonville's ability to capitalize on mistakes. The turning point came early in the second half when the Jaguars scored quickly after forcing a turnover, effectively putting the game out of reach for Baltimore.
