In an impressive display of offensive prowess, the New Orleans Saints topped the Cleveland Browns 38-20 in Week 9 of the 2026 season. The victory was crucial for the Saints, solidifying their playoff positioning as they continue to fight for a top seed in the conference. Tyler Shough shone for New Orleans, throwing for three touchdowns and helping the Saints establish a commanding lead. Deshaun Watson put up strong numbers for Cleveland, passing for 383 yards and keeping his team competitive, but it wasn't enough to overcome the Saints’ quick-strike capability. KC Concepcion Jr. stood out as a top target, racking up 188 receiving yards, showcasing his ability to stretch the field. Defensively, New Orleans made key plays that shifted momentum, highlighted by Justin Reid's two interceptions that stifled Cleveland's drives at critical moments. Kool-Aid McKinstry led the team with seven tackles, providing consistent support against the run and pass. The turning point came early in the second half when Reid's second pick led to a quick touchdown, effectively putting the game out of reach for the Browns.
