In a decisive Week 3 matchup of the 2026 season, the Atlanta Falcons emerged victorious, topping the Green Bay Packers with a final score of 35-21. The win positions Atlanta firmly in the early playoff conversation, while the Packers will need to regroup to avoid falling behind in the standings. Falcons quarterback Jaxson Dart put on a show, throwing for three touchdowns to lead his team’s offensive attack. Bijan Robinson was a force on the ground, racking up an impressive 166 rushing yards that kept the Packers' defense on its heels. For Green Bay, Jordan Love threw for 217 yards but struggled to keep pace with Atlanta’s explosive offense. Defensively, the Falcons made crucial plays to stifle Green Bay's momentum, with James Pearce Jr. recording 1.5 sacks and applying consistent pressure on Love. The turning point came late in the second quarter when Atlanta's defense forced a turnover, allowing the Falcons to capitalize and extend their lead. Despite a strong performance from the Packers' Javon Bullard, who led with two total tackles, it wasn't enough to slow down Atlanta's offensive onslaught.
