In a tightly contested matchup, the Minnesota Vikings narrowly defeated the Cincinnati Bengals 16-13 in Week 15 of the 2027 season. The game was pivotal for both teams as they jockeyed for playoff positioning, making every point critical in the final stretch of the regular season. Cincinnati quarterback Joe Burrow showcased his passing prowess with 224 yards and a touchdown, while Tee Higgins emerged as his favorite target, racking up 115 receiving yards. Despite the loss, Chase Brown contributed significantly on the ground, leading the Bengals with 68 rushing yards, but it was not enough to clinch the victory. Defensively, the Vikings made key plays that altered the game's momentum. Christian Harris was a standout with two sacks, continually pressuring Burrow, while Byron Murphy Jr. sealed the win with a crucial interception late in the fourth quarter. These defensive efforts were instrumental in stifling the Bengals' attempts to mount a comeback, allowing Minnesota to hold on for the victory.
