In a hard-fought battle in Week 15 of the 2027 season, the Tennessee Titans held off the New York Jets with a final score of 24-17. This victory keeps the Titans in contention for a playoff spot, while the Jets will need to regroup as they face a challenging path ahead. Tennessee's offense was fueled by the strong performance of quarterback Cam Ward, who threw for 276 yards and three touchdowns, showcasing his ability to connect with his receivers effectively. T.J. Moore emerged as his favorite target, racking up 95 receiving yards and contributing significantly to the offensive success. On the other side, Breece Hall led the Jets’ ground game with 75 rushing yards, but it wasn't enough to overcome the Titans' scoring. The Titans' defense played a crucial role in securing the win, highlighted by Anthony Hill Jr.'s seven total tackles and a sack from John Franklin-Myers, which disrupted the Jets' offensive rhythm. The turning point came late in the fourth quarter when D'Angelo Ponds intercepted a pass, giving the Titans the momentum they needed to control the clock and seal the victory. With this performance, Tennessee's defense proved to be a formidable force, complementing their offensive prowess.
