In a decisive Week 12 matchup, the Tennessee Titans topped the Jacksonville Jaguars 28-7, solidifying their playoff aspirations. With both teams vying for crucial positioning in the standings, the Titans delivered a commanding performance that left the Jaguars struggling to keep pace. Leading the charge for Tennessee was Cam Ward, who not only threw for a touchdown but also contributed on the ground, despite his modest rushing total of 14 yards. On the receiving end, the Jaguars’ Brian Thomas Jr. was a bright spot, racking up 117 receiving yards, but overall, the Jacksonville offense faltered against a tenacious Titans defense. Tennessee's defense played a pivotal role in securing the victory, highlighted by Marcus Harris's three total tackles, Oluwafemi Oladejo's sack, and Channing Tindall's interception. The turning point came in the second quarter when Tindall's pick set up a quick touchdown drive that extended the Titans' lead, effectively putting the game out of reach for the Jaguars. With this win, Tennessee looks poised for a strong finish to the season.
