In a crucial Week 2 matchup of the 2026 season, the Denver Broncos topped the Jacksonville Jaguars by a score of 28-14. Both teams were looking to establish momentum early in the season, but it was the Broncos who emerged victorious in front of their home crowd, showcasing their offensive prowess. Bo Nix put on a masterclass performance for the Broncos, throwing for an impressive 475 yards and four touchdowns, connecting frequently with star receiver Jaylen Waddle, who racked up 176 receiving yards. The duo's chemistry was evident as they consistently found ways to exploit the Jaguars' secondary, making it difficult for Jacksonville to mount any significant defensive response. On the defensive side, the Broncos made key plays that shifted the momentum of the game. Riley Moss was a standout, recording two interceptions that halted Jacksonville's offensive progress and turned the tide in favor of Denver. Nik Bonitto added pressure with a sack, contributing to a defensive effort that kept the Jaguars out of rhythm and sealed the game late in the fourth quarter.
