In a commanding performance, the Indianapolis Colts defeated the Baltimore Ravens 21-0 in their Week 1 matchup of the 2026 season. This victory sets the tone for the Colts as they look to build momentum early in the year, while the Ravens will need to regroup after a lackluster showing on both sides of the ball. Jonathan Taylor was the star of the game, rushing for an impressive 112 yards and contributing significantly to the Colts' offensive success. Quarterback play was steady, with Lamar Jackson leading the Ravens with only 96 passing yards, while Zay Flowers caught the bulk of the limited aerial attack, finishing with 48 receiving yards. However, the Colts' balanced offense ensured they maintained control throughout the contest. Defensively, the Colts were relentless, with A.J. Haulcy making his mark with three total tackles and an interception that shifted momentum in favor of Indianapolis. JT Tuimoloau also impacted the game significantly, recording a sack that disrupted the Ravens' rhythm. The turning point came in the second quarter when Haulcy's interception halted a potential scoring drive for Baltimore, allowing the Colts to extend their lead and solidify their dominance.
