In a pivotal Week 4 matchup of the 2026 season, the New York Jets secured a 24-13 victory over the Chicago Bears, solidifying their position in the playoff race. This win not only boosts the Jets' confidence but also puts pressure on the Bears as they struggle to find rhythm in their campaign. Cade Klubnik led the Jets' offensive effort with 190 passing yards, demonstrating poise in the pocket and making crucial throws when it mattered most. Jacory Croskey-Merritt complemented the passing game with a solid 74 rushing yards, keeping the Bears’ defense on its heels. Despite the Bears' Kalif Raymond shining with 106 receiving yards, the Jets' offense proved too balanced and effective. Defensively, the Jets made key plays at critical moments, with Demario Davis snagging an important interception that shifted momentum in the second half. Will McDonald IV added pressure with a sack, disrupting the Bears' offensive flow. The turning point came late in the third quarter when the Jets' defense stifled a potential scoring drive, allowing their offense to extend the lead and ultimately seal the game.
