X-FactorShutdown
Shutdown defenders have the talent to erase receivers from the game. When they enter the zone, their coverage is tighter and interceptions are more frequent on contested catches.
SilverLurker
OVR 75+Defenders with this ability can make spectacular interceptions while lurking in zones, and are more likely to attempt and succeed at diving swats/catches. They also have an improved catch chance on tipped passes. Upgrades with COD, ZCV, and SPD.
SilverMedium Route KO
OVR 80+Defenders with this ability have an improved chance to succeed at catch tackle knockouts, and a longer knockout window, in man-to-man versus medium routes 10-20 yards from the LoS. Upgrades with MCV, COD, and ACC.
GoldMid Zone KO
OVR 85+Defenders with this ability have a greatly improved chance to force catch knockouts, a longer knockout window, and react quicker in any mid-field zone coverage, less than 20 yards from the LoS inside the numbers and 10-20 outside. Upgrades with ZCV, PRC, and AWR.
